Abby Sutton

Abby is a Fiduciary Officer for Pendleton Square Trust Company in our Chattanooga office. In this position, she reviews estate planning documents and monitors legislative updates to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. She also works closely with senior trust officers in administering trust accounts and serves as a liaison for families, attorneys, and advisors. Abby graduated from Southern Adventist University with a B.A. in History and most recently received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior to this role, Abby was a part of the Pendleton Square team as an intern both before and during law school. She also interned at Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P .C. and the Georgia State Senate. Abby and her husband, Tucker,  enjoy running, traveling, and spending time with their dog, Ruby.
