Carolyn Hannon

Carolyn is a Principal & Senior Trust Officer for Pendleton Square Trust Company and has earned the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation. She brings a diverse and broad business perspective to Pendleton Square. In the first stage of her career, Carolyn was with First Union Capital Markets Healthcare Group, now Wells Fargo, specializing in senior debt financing within the healthcare industry. Much of her work involved leading large syndicated debt transactions for her clients. Carolyn took her acquired experience into the non-profit world at The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee where she initiated a new business unit that brought shared services to the early childcare system in Tennessee. This project, called Childcare Tennessee, re-imagined a shared services delivery model in a business environment that is traditionally difficult.

Carolyn is the Advisory Chair of the longest running fundraiser for the Monroe Carrell Jr. Vanderbilt Children’s hospital and has been active in Nashville’s fundraising community for years. A life-long Nashvillian, Carolyn graduated with a BA in economics and business from Rhodes College and an MBA from Emory University, where she was a Woodruff Fellow. She is married to John Hannon and is the proud parent of a recent college graduate.
