Rhett Pierce

Rhett Pierce is a Trust Associate with Pendleton Square, supporting our Chattanooga Office. His responsibilities include working with trust administration teams to handle complex family trust matters and assisting with daily Trust administrative operations in the office.

A Chattanooga native, Rhett graduated from Covenant College with a degree in Business Management and Administration. During his studies, Rhett gained a valuable understanding of core business principles, learning how effective communication, proficient financial management, and strong relationship-building help drive organizational success. This foundation equips him to navigate the complexities of the trust business with focus and care.

 Outside of work, Rhett serves as a youth leader in his local church. He also enjoys playing soccer, being on the water fishing and spending time with his friends and family.
