Brendan Horton

Brendan serves as Fiduciary Counsel with Pendleton Square in its Nashville Office.  In this role, Brendan provides fiduciary guidance on trust administration and estate planning concepts, and works closely with outside counsel to review trust and estate documents, coordinate account transfers, and partner with families and their advisors to develop, implement and preserve family legacy plans.

Brendan graduated from Belmont University with a B.B.A. degree in Finance, and then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis – Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.  While at the University of Memphis, Brendan also earned his M.B.A. in conjunction with his law degree.

Brendan is currently licensed to practice law in Tennessee and, prior to joining Pendleton Square, practiced as an associate attorney with a Memphis estate planning firm, where he focused his practice primarily in the areas of estate planning and post-death administration, as well as asset protection planning, charitable planned giving, business advising, and business formation.

Brendan is an avid golfer and enjoys running, live music and spending time with family and friends when not in the office.
