Caroline Irvine

Caroline is a Fiduciary Officer with Pendleton Square in its Atlanta Office.  In this role, Caroline works closely with outside counsel to review trust and estate documents, coordinate account transfers, and partner with families and their advisors to develop, implement and preserve family legacy plans.

Caroline graduated from Wellesley College in Massachusetts with a B.A. degree in Sociology and then from Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta with a Juris Doctor degree.  While at Georgia State, Caroline worked as a graduate research assistant for Professor Mary Radford, a well-known Trust and Estate legal scholar.

Prior to joining Pendleton Square, Caroline practiced as an associate with the Private Wealth Group at the Atlanta law firm of Arnall Golden Gregory, where she advised individuals and their families on complex wealth transfer planning strategies, including estate and gift tax planning, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, philanthropic giving and strategy, family business succession planning, and estate administration.

Caroline is an avid knitter, enjoys traveling, and is happiest when surrounded by family and friends.
