Elizabeth Hickman

Elizabeth is Managing Director, Estate Services, and Senior Trust Officer for Pendleton Square Trust Company. In this role, she provides leadership for the estate and special assets division of the company and serves families and their advisors in administering complex estates and family trust relationships.

Prior to joining Pendleton Square in early 2018, Elizabeth was in private practice as an estate and trust attorney with a boutique estate planning and tax firm in Nashville, where she led the firm’s probate and trust administration practice.

While in private practice, Elizabeth represented individual executors and trustees throughout Middle Tennessee and regularly served as an independent Administrator for estates in Davidson County, with a particular interest in sorting out complex financial situations. Since 2005 she has focused her professional work on estate and trust administration and has a strong background in art and special collections in estates and trusts.

Elizabeth earned a BA in History at Wake Forest University, a MA in Art History at Vanderbilt University, and attained her law degree at the Nashville School of Law. Elizabeth is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Nashville Bar Association probate sections in addition to the Estate Planning Council of Middle Tennessee. She lives in Nashville with her family and enjoys gardening and equestrian sports.
