Emma Noles

Emma Noles serves as the Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant for Pendleton Square, working from our Chattanooga office. In this role, she leads marketing efforts—including strategy development, content creation, social media management, events, and community engagement—while also supporting the executive team.

Emma is a Chattanooga native and proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Her time there strengthened her talent for connecting with people and deepened her commitment to serving others.

Prior to joining Pendleton Square, Emma served as the Coordinator for Chattanooga Young Lives, which exists to support teen parents through mentorship. With her experience in nonprofit leadership, along with her passion for hospitality and community engagement, she brings a thoughtful and relational approach to her work in marketing and outreach.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, reading, and traveling.
