Jennifer Surber
Jennifer is a Senior Fiduciary Officer & Trust Officer with Pendleton Square.
Jennifer brings over twenty-five years of legal experience in complex litigation, probate law, estate planning, and conservatorships. Prior to joining Pendleton Square, Jennifer was a founding member of Surber, Asher, Surber & Moushon, PLLC in Nashville. She has zealously represented clients in their roles as personal representatives, guardians, conservators, and beneficiaries. Jennifer is a Rule 31 Listed Civil Mediator, with extensive experience mediating probate, trust, and conservatorship disputes. She previously served as counsel to the Probate Court for Nashville and Davidson County, and served as Special Probate Master for the Seventh Circuit Court of Nashville and Davidson County.
Jennifer is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Texas. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude, in political science from the University of Tennessee, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
Jennifer and her husband, Joel, have two grown daughters. They enjoy traveling and spending time with family.
