Molly Rourke

Molly Rourke serves as the Executive Assistant and Engagement Coordinator at Pendleton Square Trust in Chattanooga, TN. In this role, she works directly with CEO Betsy Brown to drive the execution of key company priorities while maintaining core values of Excellence, Collaboration, Compassion, and Trust. Molly leads office management, event coordination, and vendor relationships, while also assisting in relationship development initiatives for team members, families, advisors, and key stakeholders.

A native of Western Pennsylvania, Molly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Speech Language Pathology from Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts. Before joining the Pendleton team, she specialized in administrative support and event planning at Sovereign’s Capital.

Outside of the office, Molly enjoys coaching at F45 Training Gym, trying new restaurants with her husband, Sam, and spending time with her family and friends.
